XIIIXII Tools is designed with privacy as a core principle. Most file processing happens locally in your browser. For advanced AI features (background removal, image upscaling), files are temporarily transmitted to our servers for processing only, then immediately deleted. 2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or permanently process: (a) any files you upload or process using our tools — AI-processed files are deleted within 15 minutes; (b) the content of documents, images, or text you work with; (c) your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information (no account required); (d) your IP address for identification purposes; (e) any biometric or sensitive personal data.

3. Data We Do Collect

We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data to understand how the Service is used and improve it. This includes: page views and navigation patterns, which tools are used (without content), browser type and version (anonymized), approximate geographic region (country-level only), and session duration. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal cookies and browser local storage for: (a) remembering your theme preference (light/dark mode); (b) anonymous analytics session tracking (no personal data). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies that track you across websites. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

We take data security seriously. For browser-based tools, files never leave your device. For AI-powered tools (background removal, upscaling), files are transmitted over HTTPS encryption and automatically deleted from our servers within 15 minutes of processing completion. We do not store, analyze, or share your processed files. The XIIIXII Tools website is served over HTTPS to protect all data in transit.

8. Children's Privacy

XIIIXII Tools is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, this policy applies equally to all users regardless of age.
