Where are my files processed?
Most XIIIXII tools process files directly in your browser on your device. For advanced AI tools (background removal, upscaling), files are sent to secure servers, processed, and automatically deleted within 15 minutes.
Do you store my files?
No. Browser-based tools don't upload files at all. Server-side tools automatically delete files after 15 minutes. We never permanently store, analyze, or share your files.
Can you access my files?
No. All file processing is automated. Human staff never access your files. Files are encrypted during transmission using HTTPS.
What happens if I close my browser?
For browser-based tools, files are deleted from memory. For server tools, files are automatically deleted after 15 minutes regardless of your connection status.

What data do you collect about me?
We collect minimal data: your IP address (for security), browser type, and tool usage statistics. We do NOT collect personal information, email addresses, or file contents.
